A lot of this website's content made me feel really bad for some of these dudes. It didn't really make me flinch for myself really, because I ain't got no money for Ralin to grub, so I am safe right there.

The one that scared me the most was the post about "Rachel's List of Things" she wants in a man. A dude meeting all those criteria DOESN'T exist, and if he does, he has no friends.

As men, we all know that a woman's primary objective is to marry. After years of experience I've discovered their most commonly used strategy. here it is:

1. Girl pressures guy for marriage.

2. Guy delays.

3. Girl gradually starts destroying guy's self-esteem and eliminating his friends.

4. Guy becomes too weak and too much of a loser to find something better than what he has.

5. Girl starts to limit sex. In effect controlling the only good thing in the guy's life.

6. Guy is in despair. Capitulates to marriage.


Then 5-10 years later the guy is an empty shell of his former self. Girl is a ruthless manipulating machine. Girl divorces loser husband. Girl takes 80% of guy's stuff because the guy is too brain dead to find a good lawyer. Girl lives happily ever after. Guy becomes bald alcoholic who dies of heart attack at 45 years old.

That website is hilarious! I'm not yet in the "wanting to get married right way" stage, but dear god! it's amazing ANY of those women are gonna get married! it reminds me of my friend, Elicia, who remains single to this day, because her "ideal" man is from the pages of a romance novel. there is NO WAY she's ever going to find someone even remotely like one of those guys. EVER. people need to not necissarily lower their standards, but they DO need to be realistic about things. People are people,a nd the ony reason romance novels exist is because people who will remain single for the rest of their lives decide to make up character shtey WISH existed. men are not like that, nor are the women in those books realistic. I'd love to get married some day. Good thing i'm an odd one as far as women go, because there is NOT A THING on that website that i would say or even think. hopefully that's a good thing.

im with ya there!! see i want not a man to live off, pop out a couple of kids for him to ignore for the rest of their lives, ruin his social life and drive him to drink.... thats what i want to do!!!!!
i want a man to take all my money, ruin my social life nagging cause im out all the time and neglecting my kids. "kids? wat kids? i have kids?" and i definately want to not live up to his expectations, get really fat drinkin beer all the time and leaving dirty socks for him to pick up.

back to reality that site was sad, it really was, it shows that not only are there tragic and weak men out there, but that there are some real asshole women too, because for them to get all bitter and stuff, they needed to experience some of what they wrote. and thats sad to me, cause i believe marriage with the rite 2 ppl is great, and hey, if u fail the first time, why not go round again.

Oh, i should point out, that here in new zealand we dont have anything like alimony, and sure, u split things in half but fairs fair. oh the only thing that dudes have to pay, is child support if the ex wife has the kids, if he has them, she pays. cool huh

Love and Marriage are wrong people. You will innevitably fall out of lust with your partner. The trick is to party hard, take drugs and have sex with as many different people as you can. sure, spend a few weeks longer with the special ones but then nip it in the bud and move on. You might die cold and alone but hey, you probably would anyway
