Alrighty, well, here goes.
My name is Alex, but since so many Alex's live around here most people call me Wilsty on account of my last name being Wilsterman. We tend to rely on nicknames or last names for the Alex's quite frequently. I'm turning 20 on August 12th.
My hobbies include drawing, painting, playing video games (that's a big one - I'm a gamer), and messing around on the piano or guitar. And, if I ever get more time, making videos/movies.
In high school, I took two classes of Digital Cinema to learn more about movies and the process of making them. That was really fun. What isn't is that I've had no reason to really apply that knowledge lately. Originally, I was going to JJC to pursue a career in art (I wanted to be a concept artist for the video game industry). However, I realized that for the comfortable life I wanted in my future, I'd have to specialize in something with better job security and something that would provide twice the pay. Recently, I switched majors and am getting my AAS Degree in Electronics Engineering.
I discovered the Wazoo/Nola Crew one sleepless evening. It was about 4:00AM or 5:00AM and I had to be up in an hour or two to go to school, but I couldn't sleep. While aimlessly wandering around the library of YouTube videos, I found one of the amazing "Nigel P. Theatre" videos. I watched one and nearly fell out of my seat while laughing and then watched them all.
Very quickly, I started watching the videos of those who made appearances in Stubbs' videos like Joe, Jason, and Nick.
Finally, I had a reason to actually visit YouTube again. Along with many others, I hate what YouTube has become over the years. I only stay with it because it's a quick and efficient way to host videos. I found a group of people who have a passion for having a good time and making videos. The combination of those two things is quite magical when brought together.
Well, I think that's all I've left to say. I may not know these people personally, but I feel privileged to at least know them. Haha!

Nickerous, the fact that you added "washing clothes" to the things you enjoy negates any manly tidbit that may have been in there. In fact, it makes me think that the only reason you added "birth control" in there is because you're ON it. My name is Joe Cardosi. I call myself "endlessjoe" on Youtube and find it unnerving and creepy when people refer to me as such in real life. I enjoy driving down the street with my hand pressed on the horn and a cold, dead stare in my eyes. I enjoy horrifying the innocent. Sometimes I eat gummy bears and milk as a meal, although without dipping one into the other. I enjoy being kind of a dick to people, but not really meaning it. I'm into petite, intelligent, attractive gals and food. Any food will do, really. I'm fond of a tall glass of Arbor Mist and a minor league baseball game .... at the same time. I'm Pete, I go by aproxxy on the YouTube, so I broke a tradition & used it on another site for possible recognition's sake. I'm 36, so I occasionally encounter internet discrimination 'cause I'm soooo old. But the truth is I do not often act my age (another way of saying I'm irresponsible).
I like The Chemical Brothers, think "Jaws" is the most quotable film ever, & drink Numi tea every damned day. I am a quasi-intellectual who asks a lot of questions. I was born to slightly eccentric British immigrant parents, & am regularly thought of as having a strange yet benign sense of humor. David Cross is my favorite comedian. I dig Nick Swardson, too. I never get tired of Will Ferrell & Adam McKay.
I do not go out often now that I'm so old; enter internet.

let's see, i am here because i am an avid watcher of the joe's video's as well as all his friends. A little bit about myself...hrm.
well i'm 22, i live in canada, my intrests would be as follows ;

hi i'm Corax i joined after seeing joe's video on youtube. often times i make jokes that are so not funny that they are only funny to me beacuse of how unfunny they are, such as saying "thats what she said" in a place where it doesnt make any sense, so im basically making fun of people that aren't funny and gloating with all my super in depth funnyness that i seem to think i have for some reason.
so in former attempt at trying to post on internet forums more people jsut see me as "that asshole that is closed minded" im really just "that guy who makes fun of that asshole"

I enjoy watching old people fall off bikes, kids falling off bikes, and the ocassional dinner party

I actually prefer this type of interaction, cuz I have no video camera and prefer to keep it that way.
Nick, you could SO be my mother from another brother cuz I dig flip-flops n birth control too! We have so much in common!
I also dig catfish, BBQ, sushi, beer, beer, and the Valley Girl soundtrack.
I ran across y'all on YT and it reminded me of workin' on the west bank and gettin' the yankee auditors wasted in the quarter and everyone findin' their own damn way to work the next mornin'. Then it reminded me of shit I thought I blocked out, but I really didn't, and then I was glad I remembered.

I've been a fan of the wazzoo group for a while now and their adventures in New Orleans. You guys remind me of my group of friends and all the shit we get into. We also have a message board that we use to keep in touch and tell stories of funny stuff.

I have a question. Why do you do this thing that you do? By "this thing that you do", do you mean the Wazoo Productions thing, or the fact that I'm currently reading this wearing a Dora the Explorer thong and welder's mask? My instincts lead me to believe the former of the two, so I'll answer that. I just enjoy creating stuff, and always have. Before it was internet video, it was music and various writings. Before that, it was even older home videos that got passed around. Before that, drawings and comedy bits performed in classrooms and detention halls. The goal is to dip our grubby hands into as many things as we can touch until something sticks. I just woke up and those last few words gave me the nausea. |
