Hear me out on this one and hopefully add your own thoughts.
I think there should be a law in this country that each and every citizen gets one free murder. Just one, like a get out of jail free card. You can kill one person and totally get away with it, no questions asked.
But there is a catch. If you murder someone again, death penalty to you (instant death penalty, if I get my way...).
So what do you guys think? Think my idea can fly in America today? And hell, add your own "wish list" if you feel like it.

Exactly how many times has this been discussed in group therapy (i.e. The Kess of Truth). I think I have changed my choice many times throught the years.
It is hard to pick just one but here goes.
When I was in Kuwait, I lived with a guy we called "Porkchop". He was a self-named fitness god, much like Jason Jambon, who was grossly out of shape and couldnt breathe normally. By this, I mean he cleared his throat by grunting every waking moment. When he was asleep, which was 20 out of 24 hours we had off, he didnt make a sound. One of our guys offered to pay for Psychiatric help to get him to stop grunting. This was the same guy who had to make himself think that Porkchop was retarded to keep from choaking him.
Porkchop also had this laugh he would do to anything. I tell you this laugh could drive you insane and he would do it all the time. If there was a movie on and someone died or it wasnt a funny scene, he would laugh anyways. We all wanted him dead.
The final straws were:
1) I was on a boat with him for the first 4 months of me being there
2) He believed that anything made by Sony was made my God Himself
3) Anything you said was wrong and he was right
4) He would say that only people from Ole Miss (college university) were worth a damn.
Thus I decided that he was to be my one free murder.
I am sure that I could elaborate further, but why bother.

With me, I think there would have to be stipulations to the law. What were the circumstances to your one free murder? If it was just because you were bored one Tuesday, fuck that. If the guy knocked your mother's teeth out, then hell yes.

I'd add yet another stipulation:
In order to get your free murder, you must inform the authorities of who it is, or announce your target in some way. You are then granted a certain amount of time (perhaps a week, or a month) to make the kill. During that time, you may legally kill that person. However, that person may also kill you in self-defense with no penalty and without using up thier free murder.
That's my take on this proposition

I do believe that I sense a bit of anger and dissention that some werent invited to the party. Not because we dont like you all, mind you, because it wasnt feasable or because we plub forgot. I think that from now on, we should post an invitation to the next bachelor party on the forums so as not to upset anyone.

Honestly, I would include 2 clauses to the murder rule.
(1) Justifiable homicide - It your one free murder was justifable (i.e. - the person was so moronic you have to put him out of his misery) that should not count.
(2) The Rob can murder anyone he pleases, when he pleases.
