Does Mr. Joe keep his promises?

You all know him, this so called "Endless" Joe.

Many a time have I conversed with him in regards to his current state of being as well as plans for the future.

Well, after our last exchange I am left concerned, fore you see, This Joe made a promise and I tend to see to it that he keeps it.

He has said that his next video will be an homage to bustin' mad wack caps.

Will Joe keep his word? Or will he dance around the issue and disregard all that is right with the world?

I am a notorious and shameless snake in the grass, you must understand. Perhaps I'll use the letters "g", "a", and "t" within the description to my next video and pass that off as my homage to "gat gat". Breaking promises is my bread and butter ... and I'm quite fat (metaphorically speaking).
